Joanna Johnson
Hi, I'm Joanna Johnson, violinist and vocalist for MPK. I have been in this
band ever since it existed. I love playing music so much that I am a music
major at Crown College. I will graduate in 2013 as a music performance major
in violin. I have always enjoyed playing Scottish fiddling and singing
Celtic songs. I enjoy writing songs for the band. I love to be able to share
the gifts God has given me and I hope that everything I do will serve to
point people to Jesus.
Besides music, I enjoy dancing, being with my friends (especially my sister
Maranatha), reading, writing, playing games, fencing, learning new
languages, trying to master the Japanese Language, meeting new people, and
visiting new places. I hope to be able to win the National Scottish Fiddling
Championship some day. I hope to continue playing with MPK and teaching
violin lessons. Above all, I hope that through my conduct, many people will
come to know Jesus.
